Umpheme Development is a development company with roots deeply entrenched within the South African construction industry. Umpheme was established to address the major housing demands faced in South Africa. The company quickly expanded throughout KwaZulu-Natal and have since inception, built over 40 000 houses. Now, our projects span the whole of KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape, focusing on the construction of low-cost housing, middle income housing, as well as residential, industrial and commercial infrastructure construction.
